Tony Pescetto

77 year old, Anthony “Tony” Pescetto, passed away at his home in San Pierre, Indiana, on February 3, 2007. On May 5, 1930, he was born to Charles and Mary (nee: Panozzo) Pescetto in Chicago, Illinois.
On December 20th, 1962, he married Mary K. Nixon who survives. Anthony served his country in the U.S Army during the Korean conflict with two tours of duty. Anthony worked for the Sherwin Williams Company for over 41 years. Anthony and Mary are members of the DeMotte United Methodist Church. Anthony and Mary moved to this community 18 years ago.

Anthony is survived by his loving wife Mary, one sister Mary Ann (Wally) Wright, one brother Frank (Sue) Pescetto, many nieces and nephews, and his faithful steed Whiskey.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2:00 until 5:30 P.M. on February 6, 2007, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Anthony will be held at 5:30 P.M. at the Boersma Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Saunders officiating.

Per Anthony’s wishes cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Jasper County Animal Shelter.
