Tammy Molden-Samuels

46-year-old, Tammy Molden-Samuels, of DeMotte passed away on March 14, 2006. Tammy was born on September 29, 1959, to Ernest and Judith (nee: Cavinder) Molden. On July 16, 1994, in San Pierre, Indiana she married Dick Samuels. Tammy is survived by her husband Dick, father Ernest, brothers Melvin (Connie), Clayton (Kim) Molden , and Sister Winona Molden, and several nieces and nephews. Tammy was preceded in death by her Mother. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday March 17, 2006 from 3PM until 7PM (CST) at the Boersma Funeral Home 90 East Grove Wheatfield.  Services will be held on Saturday March 18, 2006 at 10 AM (CST) with Rev. Lary Sakel officiating. Interment will follow in the Graceland Twp Cemetery of Kouts.
