Shirley F. Wireman

89 year old, Shirley F. Wireman of Wheatfield passed away December 3, 2013 with her loving family around her.

On February 8, 1924, Shirley was born to Jim and Sally (nee: Wireman) Wireman in Waldo, Kentucky. On February 24, 1941, Shirley married Rev. Thureman Wireman in Salyersville, Kentucky. Shirley was a homemaker and attended the Victory Baptist Church.

Shirley is survived by her children: Sammy (Sueann) Wireman, Vickey (Ron) Thompson, and Jamie (Bruce) Standefer, 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, brother: Melvin (Betty) Wireman, sisters: Emma Jean (Chuck) Lovely, and Geraldine Hasting.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Thureman in 2005, daughters: Mary Lou, Freida Mae, Sheila Ann, sisters: Goldie, Ruth, Pollie, Gerthal, brothers: Jollie, Junior, Morgan, Danny, and Hancel.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Shirley will take place at the funeral home with Rev. Aaron Theophilus and Pastor Brian Pinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Sutton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a favorite food pantry.
