Roy A. Watson

75 year old, Roy A. Watson, passed away December 23, 2023, at Northwest Health, Valparaiso, Indiana.

On September 8, 1948, in Pulaski County, Indiana, Roy was born to James and Inez (Grieger) Watson. Roy was a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. Roy especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, he also enjoyed giving people a ‘hard time’.

Roy is survived by his loving family: lifelong partner: Linda Watson, children: Christina Barker, & Michelle Hofferth, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and siblings: Emily Thomas, Robert Watson, and James (Brenda) Watson.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Roger Watson.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Roy will be held Wednesday evening, at the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. with Pastor Bill Taylor officiating.
