Robert Jones

52 year old, Robert A. Jones passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2007.

Robert was born in Rensselaer, Indiana on February 3, 1955 the son of the late Jesse Ray and Ireva (Robbins) Jones who survives him.

He was a mechanic for Jasper County Highway Department and played bass guitar for many bands in the area.

Robert is survived by his mother, Ireva, two daughters Jennifer (Aaron) Chandler and Jessica M. (Jim) Byrom, one son, Tad, and 6 grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters: Sherry (Bill) Powell, Christine Jones, and Yvonne (Bob) Kearney; two brothers: Rick (Kendra) Jones and Rex Jones. He also has several Nieces and Nephews and a host of friends that will miss him.

Robert was preceded in death by his father.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday, December 22, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana.

Memorial services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on December 22, 2007, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, with Pastor Roger Sculley officiating.
