Robert 'Bob' Cozad

64 year old, Robert ‘Bob’ Cozad, of DeMotte, passed away June 23, 2019 at his home.

Bob was born on September 28, 1954, in Hammond, Indiana, to Robert D. and Clara (Chenault) Cozad. Bob married Betty LeLoup, on April 12, 1986, at Faith Lutheran Church in Black Oak. Bob was a pipe fitter, welder, truck driver, and worked for Mittal Steel.

Bob is survived by his wife: Betty, children: Jeremy Cozad, Betty Hellgeth, Edward Yarbrough, William Cozad, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, siblings: Cindy Lewis, Cathy (Jerry ‘Poncho’) Warren, Richard ‘Ricky’ (Dawn) Cozad, Brenda Cozad.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, June 27, 2019, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Graveside services will take place at Chapel Lawn Cemetery on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
