Rev. Roger Sculley

73 year old Rev. Roger Sculley of Wheatfield passed away on February 27, 2011 with his loving family around him.

Roger was born in East Chicago Indiana on May 16, 1937 to the late Wilbur and Myrtie (nee: Fenton) Sculley. Roger married Nellie Whited on August 3, 1955 in Wheatfield.

Surviving along with his wife Nellie are four daughters: Linda (Mark) Kingma, Peggy (Greg) Smith, Brenda Jones, Kim (Mark) Jones, one son: Daryl (Wendy) Sculley, and nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Roger is also survived by one brother: Robert (Jean) Sculley, two sisters: Sheila Martin, and Twyla (Wayne) Adrian.

Roger was preceded in death by one son, Randy, his parents, and one brother in-law Mannie Martin. 

Roger was the Pastor of the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Wheatfield. Roger also owned the ATM Trucking Company. Roger was a former member of the Rotary and served as the Justice of the Peace for many years.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday March 2, 2011 from 2 PM until 8 PM at the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church. Services for Roger will be on Thursday March 3, 2011 at 11 AM at the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church with Kenny Patrick officiating.

Roger will be buried in the Wheatfield Cemetery next to his son Randy. Memorials maybe given to the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in his memory.
