Paul V Cooper

82 year old, Paul V. Cooper of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away at home on April 11, 2020, with his loving family around him.

On December 24, 1937, Paul was born to Niles and Ruby Belle (Graham) Cooper, in Kniman, Indiana. He served in the U.S. Army and then married the love of his life: Jennie Tuttle on February 25, 1963, in Lowell, Indiana. Paul worked for 20 years for Indiana General and then worked for the Porter County Highway Department for 20 years. Paul attended Emmanuel Baptist Church of Hebron. Paul loved to fish.

Paul is survived by his loving family: wife: Jennie, children: Paula (Mike) Lintner, James (Shannon) Cooper, and Howard Cooper, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren, siblings: Darrell Cooper, Larry (Vivian) Cooper, Fred (Marcy) Cooper, Nila Schultz, and Joyce Northcutt.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, son: John Cooper, brothers: Gerald, Tony, Leonard, Howard, Charles, & Dale Cooper, Richard Peters, sisters: Lois Stinnett, Ida Fancher, Vivian Cox, Sharon Vaugh, Marlen Cooper, & Wilma Cooper.

Per Paul’s wishes cremation will take place.

Military Graveside Services will take place on June 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Roselawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
