Orville Carter

62 year old, Orville Carter Jr., of Wheatfield, passed away March 13, 2021.

On October 10, 1958, Orville was born in Rensselaer, Indiana to, Orville & Essie (Wireman) Carter. In 1977, Orville married the love of his life, Vinia (Conley) Carter, in Rensselaer. Orville’s favorite job was operating a Roll-back, for Towing & Recovery Companies.

Orville is survived by his family, wife: Vinia, children: Jennifer (James) Cooper, Jamie Robbins, Jodie (Tim) Bennett, 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren, siblings: Paul (Sandy) Carter, and Debbie Cook.

Orville was preceded in death by his parents, daughter: Jessica, sisters: Patty, Mary, Shirley, and brother: Charles.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19, 2021. Services for Orville will take place at the funeral home on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. with Pastor Terry Sprouse officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Jessica Autism Company.
