 Monica Gina Gilbert

January 2, 1979 – December 20, 2005

Our loving (Monk) was born in Winamac, Indiana to Nelson & Emma Bailey and Larry & Ruby Gilbert.  She lived in San Pierre, Indiana most of her life.  She was a homemaker, a wonderful daughter and sister to all her family and friends.  She was taken away too soon.

Her surviving family members are her parents, Larry Gilbert of San Pierre, Emma Mullins and Nelson & Arlene Bailey.  She had 1 brother, Steven John Clemans, 4 sisters. Tammy (John) Grigsby, Dewonna Sue Goad, Michelle Bailey and Rachel Bailey.  Monk had 7 nieces and nephews, Austin, Faith and Travis Rowe, Tony Jr., Nikki, Sidney, and Skylar Grigsby who all loved her very much.  She also had 3 step-sisters, Roxanne, Karen & Cheri, and 2 step-brothers Rick and Joe Gilbert.  Monica will be sadly missed and loved forever.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2:00 until 8:00 P.M. (CST) on Thursday, December 22, 2005 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove, Wheatfield, Indiana.  Services for Monica will be held on Friday, December 23, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. (CST) at the Boersma Funeral Home of Wheatfield, with Rev. James Rowe and Rev. Tom Lovely officiating.  Interment will be at the Independence Cemetery of Medaryville, Indiana.  Memorials may be made to the family.
