Michael "Mike" Irvin

52 year old, Michael J. Irvin of Wheatfield passed away March 1, 2010.

On September 22, 1957, Michael was born in Macon, Georgia. He served in the Navy. Michael was employed at the Local 41 for 28 years. Michael was a member of the American Legion Post 406 of Wheatfield.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Shannon (Charles) Fowler, and granddaughter, Lily Fowler; mother, Ysleta Irvin, sister, Tanya Altick, brothers, Barry Irvin, Bruce Irvin, and Richard (Amy) Irvin.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday March 6, 2010, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana from 11:00 until 3:00 p.m. Services for Michael will take place at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Roger Sculley officiating. Per Michael’s request he will be cremated.
