Mason 'Button' Spencer

60 year old, Mason “Button” Spencer, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away December 21, 2018.

Mason was born on July 30, 1958, in Means, Kentucky, to William ‘Mason’ and Sally (Manns) Spencer. He married Karen Wood on February 20, 1998, in Rensselaer, Indiana. He worked for Sealy Springs. Mason liked to fish, shoot pool, and ride motorcycles.

Mason is survived by: his parents: William ‘Mason’ and Sally Spencer, children: Mike (Tami) Spencer, Jessica (Giovani) Herrera, and Travis Spencer (Megan O’Connor), 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, his beloved Rebel, sisters: Emma Ingram, and Patty (Mark) Prater.

Mason was preceded in death by his wife: Karen, daughter: Shelby N. Spencer, and brother: Glenn Spencer.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Mason will take place at the funeral home around 4:00 p.m. with Bishop Rick Helton officiating.

Per Mason’s wishes, come in your everyday clothes, and no flowers please.

Dinner will follow at Wolcott Banquet Hall.
