Mark D Shidler

Mark D. Shidler, 56 years old, of Medaryville, passed away April 21, 2013 at his home surrounded by the ones he laughed with, lived for and loved.

On March 25, 1957 Mark was born in Winamac, Indiana. Mark graduated from West Central High School in 1975. Mark married the love of his life, Denise Hayes on March 22, 1980 in LaCrosse, Indiana. He was a lifetime area resident. Mark worked as a Maintanence Supervisor for Selected Furniture in Knox.

Mark is survived by his loving wife: Denise, daughter: Amanda (Kyle) Gerlach, mother: Betty L. Good, siblings: Linda (Dave ‘Bub’) Hanewich, Garry (Julie) Shidler, Bob (Darlene) Shidler.

Mark was preceded in death by his son: Justin Shidler, father: Tom McCormick.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. (CST) at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Mark will take place on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the LaCrosse United Methodist Church, LaCrosse, Indiana, with Pastor Randy Schrock officiating. Interment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, LaCrosse, Indiana.
