Linda Wireman

69 year old, Linda Wireman of DeMotte, passed away on August 22, 2024, with her loving family around her.

On November 10, 1954, Linda was born to Randolph Fitzgerald and Clara (Zarr) Ulm in Valparaiso, Indiana. She married the love of her life, Clayton Wireman, on September 27, 1980, in Valparaiso, Indiana. Linda worked as a Registered Nurse at Majestic Care of Saint Anthony. She loved to read, crochet, do crossword puzzles, make photo albums, and travel. Linda especially loved to spend time with her family. 

Linda is survived by her husband: Clayton Wireman, children: Tammy (Miguel) Abal, Sherrie (Roger) Bohannon, Jason (Rashell Niedzwiecki) Wireman, Jeremy (Vickie Ford) Wireman, 13 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and sisters: Mamie Gainley, and Fay (John) Lowry.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, son: Jeff Wireman, brothers: Randy Fitzgerald, Tom Fitzgerald, and Paul Ulm.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 28, 2024, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Linda will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Riley’s Children’s Hospital.

Per Linda’s wishes cremation will follow.
