Kathleen G. Longacre

77 year old, Kathleen G. Longacre, of Highland, passed away July 3, 2024, with her loving family around her.

On November 29, 1946, Kathleen was born in Valparaiso, Indiana, to Thomas and Mary Frances (Powell) Gannon. She worked in real estate. She attended Faith Church in Highland. Kathleen enjoyed knitting & crocheting, cross stitching, and making crafts. She liked to cook. She especially enjoyed her family.

Kathleen is survived by her children: Timothy Longacre, Wendy (Dan) Ciszar, Tamara (Christopher) Michalak, 6 grandchildren: Leia Longacre, Drew (Emily) Ciszar, Tyler (Ashlyn) Ciszar, Annalie (Evan) Uhrhammer, Sebastian Widing, & Hayden (Mike) Barnes, 3 great-grandchildren: Brooklyn, Savannah, & River, and boyfriend: Frank Martinak of 45+ years.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, and brother: Timothy Gannon.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove, Wheatfield, Indiana, with services to follow.

Private family graveside services will take place on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Haven Hospice.
