Katherine Craft

71 year old, Katherine Craft of Rensselaer, passed away November 25, 2018.

 On June 4, 1947, Katherine was born in LaPorte, Indiana to James and Mary (Conley) Miller.  She graduated from high school, and Cosmetology school. Katherine married the love of her life Roy Craft Sr. on October 9, 1965, in Rensselaer, Indiana. She attended the United Baptist Church of Gillam Township. Katherine loved to crochet and listen to Gospel music.

Katherine is survived by her husband: Roy Craft Sr., children: Michele (Everette) Roberts, Roy (Amber Craft Jr., 4 grandchildren: Laci (Eddie) Wilson, Kyla Roberts, Tyler (Kaitlyn Braun) Craft, Jesse Craft and 2 great-grandchildren: Ava Abbott, and Rylan Wilson.

Katherine was preceded in death by her parents, 6 sisters and 6 brothers.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Katherine will take place at the funeral home on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastors Johnny Miller and Elmer Conley officiating. Interment will follow at the Wheatfield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the United Baptist Church of Gillam Township.
