Julie Messer

64 year old Julie Messer of Wheatfield, passed away March 1, 2009. She was born in Jasper County on July 16, 1944 to the late Kelly and Arlie (nee: Caskey) Conley. She attended the Gillam TwP School. She also attended the United Baptist Church of Gillam TwP. On May 3, 1960 she married the love of her life Mr. Grover Messer. Grover and Julie were blessed with the following children; Jeanna Messer, Doug (Michelle) Messer, Stephanie (Bobby) Hopkins, Matthew (Dee) Messer, Darrin (Brenda) Messer, Phillip (Anita) Messer, 14 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren, Julie also has three sisters Naomi (Jack) DeMoss, Stella (John) Brownell, Loella DeBoard and one brother Claude (Glenda) Conley and many nieces and nephews. Julie was preceded by her Mother & Father two infant sons and two sisters. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday March 4, 2009 from 3 until 9 pm CST at the Boersma funeral home of Wheatfield. Services for Julie will be held at 10 :00 AM CST Thursday March 5, 2009 at the Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church of Rensselaer, with Pastor Billy Fields officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
