John Tom Beck

77 year old, John ‘Tom’ Beck, of Wheatfield, passed away October 31, 2020 at his home with his loving family around him.

On January 4, 1943, Tom was born to Elwood and Evelyn (Debald) Beck in Michigan City, Indiana. On September 29, 1962 he married the love of his life, Regina Kleca, in LaPorte, Indiana. Tom worked for NIPSCO. He was a member of Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church. One of his favorite past-times was camping and fiddle farting around. Tom loved helping with the Food Pantry on Saturdays.

Tom is survived by his loving family: wife: Regina, 4 daughters: Carleen Wise, Dawn Beck, Aimee (John) Lucht, Brendell Beck, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and the special puppy: Abby, brothers: Butch (Judy) Beck and Paul Beck.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers: Bill and Michael Beck.

Mass of the Ressurection will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church, Wheatfield, Indiana, with Father Michael McKinney officiating

Interment will take place at Sorrowful Mother Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church Food Pantry.
