On April 24, 1978, Jennifer was born in Knox, Indiana to Richard Dowling and Debra Vitallo. Jennifer was a housewife/homemaker. Jennifer is survived by her family: mother: Debra Vitallo, children: Joanne (Kyle) Neeley, Jeffrey Jacobs, Jena Jacobs, 3 grandchildren, and brother: Jonny (Lisa) Vitallo, aunts: Sandra Vitallo and Kim (John) Jones.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father: Richard, grandparents: Frank & JoAnne Vitallo.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield. There will be a service for Jennifer at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Per Jennifer’s wishes cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
