Jeannie M. Murray

44 year old, Jeannie Marie Murray, of Wheatfield, passed away May 29, 2020 at her home.

On October 21, 1975, Jeannie was born to Everett and Ruby (Rhoten) Malone in Hammond, Indiana. Jeannie married Robert D. Murray on December 27, 1996 in Crown Point, Indiana. She loved taking care of her parents, and working on Save-a-Lot in Wheatfield. She was a proud new grandma, loved comedy shows, liked taking care of people, loved to shop, and listening to various types of music, especially Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, & Shooter Jennings. She especially LOVED Coke-a-cola products.

Jeannie is survived by her husband: Robert, father: Everett, children: Jacob Murray & fiance’ Crystal Kammer, Haley Murray & fiance’ Lane Musall, Kenneth (Brandi) Murray, Kimberly (Toni) Murray, Ashley (Skyler) Vitoux, Alexa Murray, 4 grandchildren, and siblings: Sherry (Barry) Parr, Terry (Carrie) Malone, Tim (Bettie) Hutchinson, Theresa (Joe) Cote, Lisa (Michael) Shabaz, and Craig (Bonnie) Malone and lots of nieces and nephews.

Jeannie was preceded in death by her mother: Ruby, and brother: Mark Malone, and nephew: Adam Parr.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family. Services for Jeannie will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, at 5:30 p.m. with Pastor John Hill officiating.
