Harvey A. Dodd

75 year old, Harvey A. Dodd of Morocco, passed away March 15, 2016.

On October 29, 1940, Harvey was born to Harry and Thelma (Rosenbargar) Dodd in Newton County, Indiana. Harvey married the love of his life, Judith Lock on June 29, 1974 in Morocco, Indiana.  Harvey worked for the Newton County Highway Garage for 15+ years. He enjoyed fishing, lots of fishing!

Harvey is survived by his loving family; wife: Judith; children: Harlene (Don) Smith, Hugh Dodd, step-son: Tim Weems, 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and sibling: Howard (Raili) Dodd and Helen Dodd.

Harvey was preceded in death by his parents: Harry & Thelma, brother: Harold, son: ‘Jay’ Harvey Jr, and grandson: Thomas Weems.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 (noon) on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Morocco Fire Station. Services for Harvey will take place at noon on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Fire Station. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
