Glyn A. Walker

62 year old, Glyn A. Walker, of Kouts, passed away May 26, 2024.

On April 22, 1962, Glyn was born to David F. and Mary E. (Becker) Walker, in Hammond, Indiana. Glyn married the love of his life, Jeannie Deemer on May 13, 2023, in Kouts, Indiana. Glyn was a truck driver for 29years, and had a way to make people’s spirits lift.

Glyn is survived by his wife: Jeannie, children: Tim (Jennifer) Walker, Chris (Sherry) Walker, Rain Walker (C.J. Smith), and Jason A. Deemer, Randal Deemer-Morgan, four grandchildren, and siblings: Barbara Walker, Tracey Walker, Aaron S. Walter, Carter Walker, Larry (Sandie) Walker, and sister-in-law: Michelle Walker.

Glyn was preceded in death by his parents and brother: Carson Walker.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the Kouts American Legion Post.

Per Glyn’s wishes cremation will take place.

He had a sense of humor that would lift anyone’s spirit. His laugh, smile, singing voice, and love towards his friends and family is and always will be undeniable. He’s the man who’d give his shirt off his back for anyone. If you ever needed something or someone, he was always there. He was and always will be the best father, grandpa, friend, and husband anyone could ask for. You’ll always be – “The Legend.”
