Florence Mencl

77 year old, Florence Mencl passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Crestmark of Roselawn, Indiana.

Florence was born in Joliet, Illinois, on April 24, 1930 to the late Louis and Marie Velemir. Florence loved to cook in the family restaurant. Florence was the wife of Walter Mencl, who survives.  Walter and Florence’s surviving children include: Sandra Pioth, Lynn Woldhuis, Patricia Kelley, Victoria Mencl, Walter Mencl, Kenneth Mencl, and Billy Mencl. Florence is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents and three children.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, May 18, 2007, from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. with Family and Friends officiating. Per Florences wishes cremation will follow.
