57 year old, Ethel Mae Miller-Hopkins, passed away September 25, 2021 at her home.

On April 22, 1964, in Salyersville, Kentucky, Ethel Mae was born to Willie and Mildred (Bailey) Miller. Ethel was a homemaker who liked to knit, loved music and was very proud of her Native American Heritage.

Ethel is survived by her loving family: husband: Joe Hopkins, children: Kelly Donovan, Felisha (Eric) Pirtle, 9 grandchildren: Cameron, Joseph, Emma, Kylee, Aydan, Hayleigh, Ellysin, Avalon, & Skyler, siblings: Radie (Corleen) Miller, Wilma (Kenneth) Saylor, Ruthene (Mitchell) Bailey, Marcus (Rhordora) Miller, Willie Miller Jr., Sally (Marion) Landrum, Joyce (Danny) Wireman, Johnny (Rena) Miller, Bonda (Richard) Wetmore, & Christine (Scott) Donovan.

Ethel was preceded in death by her loving mother.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield. Graveside services will take place at 1:45 p.m. (EST) at Independence Cemetery, with Pastor Alvin Allen officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
