Donald Clay

60 year old, Donald R. Clay of Wheatfield passed away October 6, 2002 at his home.

On December 6, 1941, Donald was born to William Clay and Lucille Adelsperger in Hammond Indiana. Donald was a butcher and worked for Howard & Son’s for 30 years. He retired in 1992. Donald attended the United Methodist Church of DeMotte.

Donald is survived by his children: Donna Sue (Dale) Gill, Deborah Lynn Normandin, Richard A. Clay, Scott W. Clay, Chad A. Clay, and Cale D. Clay, 5 grandchildren, and brother Ronald Clay.

Donald was preceded in death by his mother.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, October 10, 2002 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Graveside services will take place October 11, 2002 at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, Indiana at 10:00 a.m.
