Delbert Lee Parkinson Jr.

64 year old, Delbert Lee Parkinson Jr., passed away January 16, 2024.

On March 25, 1959, in Hazel Crest, Illinois, Delbert Jr. to Delbert and Muriel (Gustafson) Parkinson Sr. He served in the U.S. Army. Delbert worked at the Twin Towers, in their maintenance department. He also did HVAC repairs. Delbert enjoyed camping, fishing, woodworking and building stuff. He was a jack-of-all trades.

Delbert is survived by his children: Whitney Parkinson and Delbert Lee (Stephanie) Parkinson III, grandchildren: Jazlynn and Jaylynn Parkinson, girl-friend: Marye Beth Naujokas, siblings: Pat (Glenn) Parks, Karen (Roger) Mitchell, Dwayne (Jill) Parkinson, Jim (Rhonda) Parkinson, Cathy Parkinson, Betty (David) Yott, and David Morse, 16 nieces & nephews and many great nieces & nephews.

Delbert was proceeded in death by his parents, and sister: Cindy Knoblett.

Per Delbert’s wishes cremation will take place.
