Debra S. Barry

66 year old, Debra S. Barry, of Wheatfield, formerly of Hebron, passed away at her home on January 21, 2022.

On March 3, 1955, in Amery, Wisconsin, Debbie was born to Dan Pullin and Thanaleen ‘Pat’ (Risner) Holley. She graduated from Merrillville High School and then attended Beauty School. Debbie was a beautician who owned “Touch of Class” beauty salon. She liked to do crafts, especially the 3-D painting ones. Debbie really enjoyed going to the ‘boats’. She married the love of her life, Thomas L. Barry on May 17, 1975, in Wheatfield, Indiana.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband: Tom ‘Tbarry’, children: Miranda (Rick) Ashby, Cassie (Ryan) Kats, grandchildren: Breauna (Brad) Oney, Josh, Isabella, Trey, Paxton, George, Lenox, and great-grandson: Bridger, and brother: Mike Pullin.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Stacy Barry-Walstra, and grandson: Jace Walstra.


Per Debbie’s wishes cremation will take place, and interment will follow at the Hebron Cemetery at a later date.
