Cynthia A. Mentink

63 year old, Cynthia A. Mentink of Rensselaer passed away at her home on May 23, 2015 with her loving family around her.

On November 3, 1951 in Valparaiso, Indiana to Dale and Annetta (Middlekamp) Wynkoop. Cynthia graduated from Wheatfield High School. She worked at Porter Memorial Hospital in the housekeeping department for 20 years, and then at the Endo Lab for 8 years. She was a member of the DeMotte United Methodist Church and the S.A.L. of DeMotte.

Cynthia is survived by her loving family: husband: John, children: Randy Ritchie, Mark (Jenelle) Ritchie, Chris (Jenny) Ritchie, grandchildren: Danika Ritchie, Payton Ritchie, Markus Ritchie, Matthew Ritchie, Edward Ritchie, Isabelle Ritchie, Nora Ritchie, mother: Annetta Wynkoop, brother: Kevin (Dorene) Wynkoop, and sister: Joyce (Norman) Richie.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Following cremation graveside services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2015 at Graceland Cemetery in Kouts.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to VNA Hospice.
