Clinton Boersma

67 year old, Clinton Boersma, of Buffalo/Monticello, passed away on November 7, 2023.

Clinton was born on June 10, 1956, in Rensselaer, Indiana, to William and Cordelia (Kooy) Boersma. Clinton was a welder by trade and worked for Wabash for 16 years and Van Guard for 5 years. He loved tinkering around making odds and ends, as well as, doing woodworking. He married Marla Dawn Ground, on July 5, 1996 in Monticello, Indiana. Clinton enjoyed the simple things in life. He especially like fishing.

Clinton is survived by his family: wife: Marla Dawn, children: Tera (Tim) Driscol, Tina Weaver, Nikkia Weaver, Mitchell Weaver, several grandchildren, siblings: Betty (Dennis) Archer, Rich (Dorothy) Boersma, Kenny Boersma, Joe (Sharon) Boersma, and Leila (Paul) Spickerman, a bunch of cousins, and nieces & nephews.

Clinton was preceded in death by his parents: William ‘Bill’ Boersma and Cordelia Boersma.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 12:00 p.m. (noon- EST) until 2:00 p.m. (EST), on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the First Christian Church, 192 E Lyman St., Francesville, Indiana 47946.

Per Clinton’s wishes cremation has taken place and interment will be at the Roseland Cemetery, Francesville, Indiana, next to his parents.
