Cliff Schnick

Mr. Clifford L Schnick, Sr., 76, of Hebron, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2007 at his residence.

 

Clifford was born in LaCrosse, IN on September 15, 1930, the son of the late Arnold and Elizabeth (Eggers) Schnick. Cliff served in the US Army stationed in Germany from 1951 until 1953. On April 5, 1954, Clifford married the love of his life Carol Jean Christensen (who preceded him in death). 

 

He was employed as a truck driver at U S Steel Gary Works.

 

Cliff is survived by:

One daughter: Pam Schnick

Three sons: Clifford L Schnick Jr., Fritz A Schnick, Jeffrey A Schnick, and ex-daughter In-law Kay Cross

 

He is also survived by: 6 grandchildren; Robert, David, Michael, Kystal, Angela, and Carol

 

3 great-grandchildren: Chesmun, Haley, and Onyx.

 

Also surviving are three sisters, Doris Beaupain, Mona Murray, Ruth Hrehovcsik , and four brothers, Frank, Kenneth, Roland, Daniel.

 

Cliff was preceded in death by one sister Dorothy, and two brothers Arnold and William

 

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on

Monday, August 20, 2007, at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana

 

Services will be held at the Boersma Funeral Home, at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 21, 2007, with Rev. Don Gear officiating.

 

Interment will take place at the Hebron Cemetery, Hebron, IN.
