Claudia A. Motyka

63 year old, Claudia A. Motyka of Wheatfield, passed away August 11, 2016.

On October 20, 1952, in Markham, Illinois, Claudia was born to Lawrence and Charlotte (Rabidoux) Groeneveld. Claudia graduated from Thornridge Schools. She married Robert E. Motyka on August 3, 1970 in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. Claudia loved driving school bus for Kankakee Valley Schools and retired after 20+ years.

Claudia is survived by her loving children: Robert Motyka & fiance’ Natasha, Kelly (Mike) Mortilla, and Shaun (Kim) Motyka, 8 grandchildren, and brother: Kevin (Karen) Groeneveld.

Claudia was preceded in death by her husband: Robert E. Motyka, parents: Lawrence & Charlotte, and brother: John Groeneveld.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2016 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services will take place at 6:30 p.m. with family and friends officiating.

Per Claudia’s wishes cremation will follow.
