Christine Dust

75 year old, Christine Dust, of Wheatfield, passed away January 9, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida.

On June 4, 1949, Christine was born to John Bebenek and Sofia (Ruzycki) Dupczek, in Hammond, Indiana. She spent many years as the bakery manager of Tysen’s Grocery in DeMotte, Indiana. Christine enjoyed shopping, travelling, and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Christine is survived by her children: Michelle Doup, Kimberly (Brian) Robinson, April (Wayne) Kinker, Donald (Annie) Korem, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brother: Kenneth (Cheryl) Bebenek, special friend: David Heller, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents, husbands: Ronald Clarke Sr., Melvin Dust, grandson: William Doup Jr., son-in-law: William Doup Sr., and sister: Marilyn Liszewski.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, IN 46392. Services for Christine will be at the funeral home on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:00 am with Deacon Joe Van Schepen officiating. Graveside services will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Rensselaer, Indiana.
