Charles Terrance 'Terry' Lawyer

76 year old, Charles Terrance ‘Terry’ Lawyer of Wheatfield, passed away April 26, 2018 at his home with his loving family around him.

On January 27, 1942, in Hammond, Indiana, Terry was born to Charles H. and Miriam H. (Stembel) Lawyer. Terry served in the United States Air Force and then married the love of his life, Freda Bailey. Terry worked for the Operating Engineers Local #150 for 35 years.

Terry is survived by his loving family: wife: Freda, daughter: Natalie (Scott) Stull, son: Nathan (Milena) Lawyer, grandchildren: Samantha Stull, Madeline Lawyer, Jack Lawyer, siblings: Andrew (Leslie) Lawyer, Penelope (Tom) Bryant, and brother-in-law: Bob Hocker.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Miriam, and sister: Samantha.

Private Military graveside rites will take place on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wheatfield Cemetery.
