Catherine M. Miller

75 year old, Catherine M. Miller, passed away November 2, 2009 at the Rensselaer Care Center.

On February 20, 1934, she was born to James H. and Ione (nee: Smith) Borth in Iola, Illinois. She was a graduate of Goodland High School. She worked at the Jasper County Highway Department for 17 years. She was a member of the Moose Lodge of Rensselaer. On April 20, 1958 she married Donald Lee Miller.

Catherine is survived by her loving husband, Donald Lee Miller, sons, James (Rhonda) Miller and Jeff Miller, 3 granddaughters, Lacey, Jenna, Raven and 1 great-granddaughter Madison. She is also survived by one sister Jeannie Bilyeu.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2009, at the First Presbyterian Church of Rensselaer. Services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the church with Rev. Jack Snell officiating. Interment will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Rensselaer, Indiana. Memorials may be made to Jasper County Hospice.
