Candace Marie Scott

35 year old, Candace Marie Scott, of Wheatfield went to be with our Lord on December 21, 2016, with her loving family gathered around her.

On March 11, 1981, Candace Marie was born to Randy and Cindy (Zickmund) Cook in Rensselaer, Indiana. Candace was a Rensselaer High School graduate. She married Cory Scott on April 8, 2008 in Virgie, Indiana. Candace loved her animals. She worked as a Special Needs Aide at Kankakee Valley High School. She was a member of Grace Fellowship Church.

Candace is survived by her loving family: husband: Cory, son: Wyatt Woudema, parents: Randy & Cindy Cook, in-laws: Randy & Pam Scott, sisters: Madonna (Josh) Vanderwall, Brandee (Kevin) Moore, grandpa: Ray Zickmund, and grandma: Eileen Cook-Reid.

Candace was preceded in death by her grandmother: Leane Zickmund and grandfather: Bill Cook.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Grace Fellowship Church of DeMotte, Indiana. Services for Candace will take place at the church at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 with Pastor Tim Hester officiating.  Interment will take place at Memory Gardens in Rensselaer.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
