Bufford "Sunshine" DeBoard

73 year old Bufford V. (Sunshine) DeBoard of Wheatfield Passed way February 12, 2008. He was born in Martin Kentucky on July 16, 1934 to the late Russel and Grace (nee: Patton) DeBoard. He loved to drive racecars, and he loved his family. He worked for Gehring Farms as an equipment operator and farmer. On September 16, 1955 he married Loella Conley to this union came 5 children: Anthony Craig (Beverly) DeBoard, Gwendolyn Sue DeBoard-Wylie, Lisa Jane DeBoard, Melanie Grace (Ernie) DeBoard-Neeley, and Christopher Von DeBoard also surviving are 11 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, 2 Brothers Russel and Paul, 1 sister Shelbia Bode. He was preceded by his parents 1 granddaughter and 3 sisters. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday February 15, 2008 from 3-8 PM CST at the Boersma Funeral Home 90 E. Grove St. Wheatfield. Funeral Services will be on Saturday February 16, 2008 at 11 AM CST at the Goodway Baptist Church of Medaryville, Interment will follow in the Goodway Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the family.
