Brian "Ed" DeVries

42 year old, Brian “Ed” DeVries of Brook passed away December 14, 2008 at his home.

On May 5, 1966, he was born to Robert and Mary Lou (nee: Molden) DeVries in Lake County Indiana. He married Catherine (nee: Hesh) on May 9, 1998 in Shelby, Indiana. He worked at Newmans Repair.

Brian “Ed” DeVries is survived by his wife Cathy, 2 daughters, Kayleah and Dezarae; his mother, Mary Lou; 2 brothers, Roger (Connie) DeVries and Jeffery DeVries; and sister Kimberly Rehfeldt; and Mother In-Law Kay Hesh.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert and brother Curtis and Father In-Law James Hesh.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, December 19, 2008, from 4:00 until 8:00 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services will take place on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the funeral home with Pastor Randy Gann officiating. Interment will take place at the Roselawn Cemetery.
