Betty L Odle

88 year old, Betty L. Odle, of Wheatfield, passed away October 5, 202 with her loving family around her.

On September 10, 1932, Betty was born to Lowell and Ada (Stowell) Dionne, in Shelby, Indiana. Betty loved caring for her children and grandchildren. She also liked to watch TV. Betty was quite the dice, rummy cube, euchre, and pinochle player. She made a mean batch of popcorn.

Betty is survived by her loving family, children: Barbara (Gerry) Michael, Janet Newbanks, Linda (Dennis) DeYoung, Pat Belstra, Daren (Debbie) Odle, Laurie (Ken) Patrick, Mark (Maria) Odle, 25 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, 11.5 great-great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-great-grandchild, sisters: Grace Nemeth, Dolores Odle, Jane Sullivan, and many many nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Daniel Wallace Odle, daughter: Karen DeYoung, sisters: Lola Howard, & Mary Ellen Jones, son-in-laws: Max Belstra & Doug Newbanks.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. on October 11, 2020, at the Full Gospel Tabernacle, Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Betty will take place on Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. at the church. Interment will take place on Monday, October 12, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens in Rensselaer, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church Food Pantry.
