Ann E. Krygier

100 year old, Ann E. Krygier of DeMotte, passed away January 12, 2016.

On May 4, 1915, Ann was born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. Ann married Stanley F. Krygier (who prededed her in 1972), and loved being a homemaker. She attended St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in DeMotte. She enjoyed baking Christmas cookies with her best friend Fran. Ann was a member of the Daughters of Isabella.

Ann is survived by her son: Robert (Cathy) Krygier, daughter: Patricia (Dick) Wetnight, 6 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 step-great-grandchildren.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband: Stanley, 3 brothers: Steve, John, & Mike, and 1 sister: Mary, and her daughter-in-law: Betty Krygier.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Ann will take place at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church with Father Dennis Faker officiating on Tuesday, January 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, Illinois.
