Alice F. Messer

84 year old, Alice F. Messer, of Clayton, formerly of Medaryville, passed away May 10, 2024.

On August 12, 1939, Alice was born to Lee and Betty (Conley) Scott. She worked at one time for American Oak, in North Judson. Alice loved flowers, and shopping at Good Will.

Alice is survived by her loving family: children: Eddie (Marie) Holbrook, Betty (James) Bolen, Brenda (Robert) Ames, Charles Oliver, Jamie Oliver, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and brother: Ernest Scott.

Alice was preceded in death by her husbands: Edmund Holbrook, Charles Oliver, and Herschel Messer, parents, son: Brad Holbrook, and granddaughter: Kimberly Mattingly, and her dog: Queenie.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Alice will take place on Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor James Rowe officiating. Interment will follow at White Post Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
