Alice Ann Jones

80 year old, Alice Ann Jones, formerly of Wheatfield, passed away on March 23, 2025.

On August 18, 1944, Alice was born to Eugene and Florence (Bennett) Stalbaum in LaPorte, Indiana. She graduated from Wheatfield High School, class of 1962. Alice married the love of her life, Rancie ‘Dave’ Jones on December 14, 1962. She worked for 30 years as an agent for American National Insurance. Alice enjoyed making wedding cakes, shopping, and travelling. She loved her dogs but especially loved her grandchildren.

Alice is survived by her children: Mark (Steph) Jones, Greg (Lorie) Jones, Tim (Brittany) Jones, 2 grandchildren, and sister: Darlene (Stephen) Carlson.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Dave Jones, grandsons: David Jones, Nicholas Jones, and sister: Louise Hendrich.

Friends are invited to join the family at a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the Sorrowful Mother Catholic Cemetery, Wheatfield, Indiana.
