Alan B. Miller

62 year old, Alan B. Miller of Wheatfield passed away June 23, 2011.

On January 16, 1949, Alan was born to Leroy and Elinore (nee: Fossey) Miller in Gary, Indiana. Alan graduated from Merrillville High School. Alan served in the United States Coast Guard for many years. Alan enjoyed being a handy man for the local neighbors and churches.

Alan is survived by his four sisters: Marilyn (Steven) Thien, Yvone (Pat) Kozlowski, Barbara (Tom) Dwars, and Carol (Joe) Markle, many nieces and nephews and loads of friends.

Alan was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Alan’s wishes cremation has taken place and Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, is in charge of arrangements.
