Ada M Noble

87 year old Ada M. (nee: Shepherd) Noble, of Wheatfield, passed away June 25, 2009. Ada was born in Elmrock KY on July 4 1921 to H.D. and Sarah Shepherd, she attended the Knott County Schools. On February 16, 1939, in Elmrock, she married the love of her life James Noble. To this union brought three children Charles (Sharon) Noble, Janice (Tom) Strain, Joyce (Paul) Good. Ada also enjoyed her grandchildren: Larry, Becky, Jannie, Patti, Greg, Stephanie, Errol, Margaret, great-grandchildren: Heidi, Hanna, Brook, Allison, Brandon, Abby, and two great-great granddaughters. Ada loved her flowers and loved to walk on the country road to her daughter Janice’s home.

Ada was preceded in death by her loving husband James in 1983, her mother and father, nine sisters, and two brothers. Friends are invited to visit with the family at 1:00 PM CST until 2:00 PM CST on Monday, June 29, 2009, at the Boersma Funeral Home, Wheatfield. Services will follow at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 29, 2009, with Rev. Thurman Ritchie officiating. Interment will follow in the Wheatfield Cemetery.
